Ethiopia Gedeb Bedhatu Jibicho washed lot #3

She's still planning expansion of her farm to include an export company, now with her sons firmly in the business. She's a member of the Banko Worka Cooperative but produces and releases our washed Gedeb as a single farm microlot…No.3 in this case…to highlight uniques differences in terroir. Lot #3 bears cupping hallmarks of plum, lavender and cherry ( Lot #2 showed as “lemonade, apricot and brown sugar” on the cupping table at importer Royal Coffee) in drip preparations like Hario V60 and Kalita Wave.
