Brazil Fazenda Cachoeira Bourbon

TIP: You can save products to your favorites list if you log in Fazenda Cachoeira da Grama has been a stalwart producer of the Brazil Mogiana region's finest coffeesl since 1890, and throughout that time period under the ownership of the same Carvalho Dias family. Lindolpho C.D. is the current owner and his son, Gabriel, stewards the enterprise. Altitude averages about 1250 meters but the terrain is ruggedly uneven and hilly, making for hand-harvesting instead of the mechanical means seen on most large Brazilian estate plantations of this size (165 hectares of coffee on the 417 acre farm). Varietals are Bourbon, its natural mutation Cañario and Mundo Novo.
