Intercropped with banana trees and bee-friendly crops, the hectareage is situated in Gatuya, Central Province, at 1850 meters. Triple-picked to near-zero defect level, triple-washed/fermented using natural salinated water, then dried on raised African beds to 11% moisture level. Specially packaged in 30 kg. vacuum-sealed bags befitting its lineage. A unique coffee which has scored 94 points on internationally-recognized cupping panels. Lightish roast with some caramelization, notes of berry, stone fruit and toffee.
