Excited to be offering to espresso fanatics a great single origin estate coffee from Dias Pereira family's Fazenda Santa Ines in Minas Gerais. This pulped natural process Yellow Bourbon (Bourbon Amarelo) is hand-harvested, then washed and pulped at the Fazenda de Sertao mill close by. Santa Ines has for years produced award-winning (Brazil Cup of excellence, Illy, BSCA) coffee which reflect their deep commitment to environmental preservation and social responsibility.
In the cup, which we roast in a light-medium profile, you'll find a complex mix of sweet chocolatey, citrusy tones with a long and balanced finish.

We are currently finishing off a recent roast of Mexican Terruño Nayarita, certified organic, sustainably harvested coffee from El Malinal, on the slopes of Cerro San Juan. Badbeard's roasting profile brings out a full, rich flavor, laced with citrus notes, chocolate, cinnamon, vanilla, and birch bark. Spices, grilled meat, and a hint of a tobacco note round out the finish. This is a coffee that rewards the taster every time. "
