TIP: You can save products to your favorites list if you log in This limited and special production peaberry lot is from the Volkopi farms in Lintong province, south of Lake Toba, grown at points as high as 1800 meters. After triple-picking, Ateng, Djember and Timtim varietals are processed using the hybrid “wet-hulled” method..ripe cherry is harvested, sorted, pulped with some fruit left on the beans, and dried. Drying time is more limited than in our other“honey process” Sumatra, yet this is a very sweet cup, with heavy body and a long , complex finish. We are roasting somewhat lighter than usual for this origin to showcase the unusual navel orange and minty/clove notes . “Bodhi” here designates direct trade partner Bodhi Leaf Trading in California, one of the two companies chosen by Volkopi to handle this special project.
