NOTE: All of our premium Arabica coffees are roasted to City+ to Full City roasts, showing minimal-to-no surface oils….we want all of the flavor to stay in the beans until the coffee is ground! Despite the additional descriptors, the first flavor and aroma you'll think of is "COFFEE".

Our vibrant new microlot offering from Kenya is the Iyego AA, produced by the allied Iyego Coffee Farmers Cooperative in the Murang'a County (Central Province) area. Over 670 member groups representing over 8000 smallholder farmers produce classic Kenya varietals SL28, SL34 and Ruiru11.
This is a heavy-bodied coffee, chocolately and fruity in a pourover. During the roasts, distinctive notes of pineapple and lemon emerged, and the cupping showed dark chocolate and vanilla as well.

"Just a comment: I'm at work drinking a cup of the El Salvador Santa Leticia Pacamara, marveling at its complex mix of coffee, caramel, citrus, and spice. The mouth feel is rich and warm, the finish is persistent, and fulls your mouth with tastes of orange, coffee, chocolate, with a hint of tobacco. Work is work, but this coffee keeps me alive. Thank you, Justin! "
