NOTE: All of our premium Arabica coffees are roasted to City+ to Full City roasts, showing minimal-to-no surface oils….we want all of the flavor to stay in the beans until the coffee is ground! Despite the additional descriptors, the first flavor and aroma you'll think of is "COFFEE".

"Indonesia" is a vastly long archipelago and complex collection of countries and peoples. "Nusantara" is an old Javanese term that means the "outer islands"; it is now commonly used to refer to the entire chain of Indonesian islands. This blend includes washed coffees from the islands of Timor-Leste and
Sulawesi, as well as a wet-hulled Sumatran coffee. This decaf was processed at the Swiss Water Decaf plant where their patented chemical-free, decaffeination process is employed using only water to remove 99.9% of the caffeine content.
We are roasting it square in the middle of a drip-espresso profile arc to highlight its strong layering of chocolate and nut flavors.
Also makes a splendid half-caf with Papua New Guinea Par Avion or one of our washed Ethiopian coffees.

New arrivals streaming in... As the PLAGUE wears us all down at times, roasting is a salve for my spirit, and new crop arrivals are fun to share. Ethiopia, our favorite of all origins, is still behind the production and shipping curves by a couple months in general. We just got one of our faves of recent years, a washed ...more

Take our beans for a won't be disappointed.
"Had to call AGAIN about the Yirgacheffe Anbassa Bunna. I've NEVER had an Ethiopian washed coffee as clean, smooth and flavorful as this one. Beats any of the Beloyas I've tasted, and a blueberry note that just won't quit. Easily worth a 95 point rating. Thanks! "
