The natural-(dry-)process coffees from the mill are among the cleanest and defect-free we've ever seen from Africa, and an indicator that the Direct Trade Specialty traders have gotten around the restrictive ECX (Ethiopia Coffee Exchange)with a vengeance. We can't imagine this coffee becoming part of a larger, nondescript parchment lot...it's too special! The body is great; thick and creamy.
