This microlot, of which we have a paltry 133 lbs. is a nice treat as a single farm espresso...focused, juicy, excellent body, Dutch process cocoa and sweet fruit notes. We have sourced coffees from the actual manager of the mill, Pedro Rossi, which are also exceptional (and in short supply...currently out of stock on Pedro's Fazenda Serra Negra).
This coffee is so good as a drip or Clever/French Press! It's almost hard to believe that Brazil, which produces so many billions of pounds of coffee annually, has so many dedicated small farmers...our kind of people!
