NOTE: All of our premium Arabica coffees are roasted to City+ to Full City roasts, showing minimal-to-no surface oils….we want all of the flavor to stay in the beans until the coffee is ground! Despite the additional descriptors, the first flavor and aroma you'll think of is "COFFEE".

The Oromo peoples have been producing coffee since the 5th century! OCFCU is a small-holder, coffee-growers-owned cooperative union established June 1, 1999 by 34 cooperatives with 22,503 farmers. To date there are 129 cooperatives with 128,361 households and 800,000 families. OCFCU is a democratic members owned business opertaing under the principles of International Cooperative Alliance. Their coffees are organic and Fair Trade®, providing the growers and their families with the best possible price for their coffees.

"Hi, I want to tell you that my son (lives in Corvallis,OR) loves your coffee! He drinks the Ethiopian Yirgacgeffe and calls it his"crack coffee" because he just has to have it. He jokes that y'all must put crack in it because he's addicted to it."
