NOTE: All of our premium Arabica coffees are roasted to City+ to Full City roasts, showing minimal-to-no surface oils….we want all of the flavor to stay in the beans until the coffee is ground! Despite the additional descriptors, the first flavor and aroma you'll think of is "COFFEE".

We moved heaven and earth to get a small amount of this amazing coffee. Produced by a group of 1900 small shareholder farms, thru the amazingly dedicated efforts of Dominion Trading of Liberty Lake, WA, this washed heirloom varietal is produced at staggeringly high altitudes between 9,000 to 12,000 feet. The implementation of a new eco-pulper, using a stingy 600 gallons a day, is a groundbreaker for the producers. The result is a java of great depth, cleanliness and brilliance. We are all holding our collective breath that coffees of this rarity continue to flow freely thru the arcane doings of the new ECX, Ethiopian Coffee Exchange, and take off our hats to Dominion for its unique project which offers some of the highest returns to the farmers via profit sharing. Not to be missed!
