We've said a seasonal adios to the Ethiopia natural process Hambela and bienvenidos! To the new Hadeso Grade 1 natural which just rotated in. Another lip-smacking, fruity gem from the Guji Zone, Oromia regionit comprises heirloom varietals grown in volcanic soil between 1800-1950 meters. The lightish roast profile accomodates all pourover methods, and French Press emphasizes the chocolate aspect. Cup notes at origin are caramel, creamy, dried fruit and orange. A departure from some of our recent fruit-forward naturals but equally impacting!
